Thank you for shopping with Impish Greetings! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders processed within 12 hours. Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day

Shipping Rates - Orders under $20.00 ship for just $3.95 (flat rate). Orders between $20.00 - $54.99 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.  Orders $55.00 and over receive free shipping.

Delivery Time Orders usually arrive between 3-6 business days depending on location. Once your package is in the postal service’s hands, delivery timing and handling are outside our control. If something looks wrong with your shipment, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Carrier We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@impishgreetings.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
